Contact ThriftStores.io
We read every message. The directory is maintained by a small team, so replies can take a few days; corrections that include the store’s name and city are handled fastest.
For anything below. Put the store name and city in the subject line if it concerns a listing.
Report a correction
A store has closed, moved, changed hours, or the address is wrong. Tell us the store’s name and city, what is wrong, and what it should say. If you know the fix, editing OpenStreetMap directly also flows into the directory on the next refresh.

Know a thrift, consignment, vintage, or antique store we do not list? Use the add-a-store form, which collects the details we need and sends them to us.
Open the add-a-store form →Store owners and managers
To update your listing’s hours, phone, website, or photo, email us from an address at your store’s domain or include a link to your official site or social page so we can verify. Updates are free; we do not sell placement or ratings.

Questions about how the directory is built, requests to cite or reuse our guides, or partnership ideas from charities and resale organizations are welcome at the same address.
Before you write
- Store hours change faster than any directory. When a visit matters, the phone number on the store page is the surest check.
- We cannot answer questions on behalf of individual stores — whether they take a particular donation, for instance. The store’s own phone and website are the right place for that.
- Our about page explains where the data comes from and how we decide what to publish.
