About Once Upon A Child

Once Upon A Child (also a Winmark franchise) buys and resells kids’ clothing, shoes, toys, and baby gear. It pays cash on the spot for items that meet current safety standards and style/condition cuts.

Donating (or selling) to them

Bring outgrown kids’ items to the counter for an offer — no appointment at most stores. Recalled items and expired car seats are always refused; check the CPSC recall list before hauling gear in.

Shopping there

The practical way to keep up with kids’ growth spurts: name-brand clothing at a deep discount, plus safety-checked gear. Sizes turn over fast, so shop a season ahead.
